Each 3.2 gms (1 tea bag) of fruit enriched tea contains 200 mg of pomegranate whole fruit extract that delivers antioxidants like punicalgins, anthocyanins, ellagic acid equivalent to 200 ml of commercial strength pomegranate fruit juice or 1 medium sized pomegranate.
Directions for use
(To make 1 cup of tea)
- To a cup of freshly boiled water, dip a tea bag for 2-3 minutes
- Add very little milk to whiten brew (if necessary) - Nilgiri leaf tea is very light and has a very pleasant flavor and fragrance
- Or add ice cubes to enjoy a healthy refreshing iced tea drink
