Nutrition facts
Each 1.5 gms(1/2 tsp) of tea is fortified with pomegranate whole fruit extract that delivers antioxidants like punicalgins, anthocyanins, ellagic acid equivalent to 300 ml of commercial strength pomegranate fruit juice or 1 medium sized pomegranate along with the antioxidants present in green tea.

Directions for use
(To make 1 cup of tea)

• To a cup of freshly boiled water add 1.5 gms(1/2 tsp) of pomegranate tea.
• Allow it to stand for 3 minutes before filtering the tea leaves
• Add sugar to taste
• Do not add milk
