Nutrition facts
Each 1.5 gms(1/2tsp) of tea is fortified with Jamun whole fruit extract that delivers phyto-nutrients of the fruit along with the antioxidants present in green tea.
Directions for use
(To make 1 cup of tea)
- To a cup of freshly boiled water add 1.5 gms(1/2 tsp) of Jamun green tea
- Allow it to stand for 2-3 minutes before filtering the tea leaves
- Add honey and a dash of lime to taste. (Honey may be avoided if desired. Lime helps mask the bitterness of the green tea antioxidants besides acting as a digestive supplement)
- Do not add milk
